[ukvac] Neo Geo tech question (joystick port)
Me again!!!
Thanks to everyone that emailed me regarding Ade. I know he's a good trader
and a nice bloke, cos I met him at Guddlers mini-meet, I hope no-one takes
my post the wrong way.... Like I said, I didn't want to post to the list in
case it put anyone off buying from Ade, but I couldn't get in touch with
him, so.... I didn't have much choice! Blame Kip apparently!! Lol! ;O)
I know I'll get it eventually, Ade's just a busy guy!! Just wanted to give
him my change of address.
Anyway..... I did have a tech question as well....:
When I go into the Neo Geo test screen, I thought I'd be able to get the I/O
to show a joystick/button movement by touching the common pin against a
joystick/button pin on the motherboard itself. I was only interested, but
it didn't seem to work, I know the Common in a Neo joystick is +5V, but can
anyone tell me how it actually works???
