Problem Nichibutsu Armed Formation/Sky Robo Pcb Schematics & PALS

I the process of trying to save a sky robo pcb. I have the board up and running but i have sprites issues. I think i have traced it back to the stuck high pin on one of the pals on the top board. But i have no schematics and no pal dumps that i can see. I'm pissing in the wind a little haha

Anyone got an armed formation pcb and can dump the pals off it? or the schematics for the boards? Sky robo uses the same top pcb and similar bottom pcb i believe.

@myPinballs it seems, according to the mame driver, that Terra Force and Sky Robo share the same PROM (82s129), but not Armed Formation.
Is it the one at 13H that is your suspect?

I have an original Terra Force board, so I can try a dump or GAL conversion if it is available.
