Can't really call this a Restoration really as it's not going to be very original inside
Quite annoying this is, I could have bought one that was all original inside, had one small pcb missing the guy said but I'm not clued up on these Nintendo cabs, maybe the RGB Inverter than wasn't there? It was outsid my house in his van when he dropped of another cab to me and was asking what sort of price he'd get, I hadn't got space for cab he dropped off so I didn't buy it, should have though as it just got flipped on here anyway and the usual rounds from member to member
Having missed that I had chance to get another with this, sad thing is I could have bought the other for about £50-100 more a few years before and this didn't even come with a monitor but hey ho. So this one has done the usual rounds with members too, shipped over from USA originally having been sold as Fully Restored
I bought it knowing what it was like, needs a bid of work on the cab, monitor and wiring sorting better but there is nothing original apart from Control Panel I assume, Monitor Surround and Marquee. The cab could have been anything, may have been Popeye but no plate to tell you either way, don't know if there are any ways to tell?
Cab is falling apart, seems most of the wood inside is original, bottom part bellow where back door goes falls off, lovely cheap Joystick and buttons, cheap coin mechs, cheap Jamma loom thrown in, transformer loose, so not much at all apart from it has Original PCB with Jamma Adaptor and that works fine or did last time I tried it, so this adaptor has video inverter? these have Sanyo Monitors originally I believe which need the extra circuit board. Need to do a bit of research on them and need to look at photo's of cabs
So because it's falling apart and if I get it rebuild with monitor in, PSU etc it's more parts not lying around
