No permission to outbox on ios

I'm trying to look at a message I sent to someone recently on my ios device

But I just seem to get an access denied error, what gives?

sign in again, normally happens when phone goes from 3G to wifi and vise versa.

Yes, sounds like phone has renewed it's IP lease and picked up a new IP address. It's perceivable this could happen at any time for anyone that is not on a fixed IP - which certainly includes mobile phones, but in reality it normally doesn't happen so would give the impression something's gone wrong.

If it persists then please do let us know.

This happens due to a bug in Mobile view as far as I can tell. You can recreate this via wifi and Safari so it's not an IP issue. Sorry

It is a consistent problem. I've lived with it for now, but thought I'd mention it

Aye - you can solve it by selecting 'classic' view from the bottom of the homepage when using a mobile device. Small font ftw!

i always use classic view as that mobile view is horrendous yet mine has this problem but only whilst at work.

Turning wifi of on your phone will stop it
