Permissions reviews - polling works, delete gone!

Hi all,

I noticed a few people were saying they couldn't vote in some polls. I had a poke and this was down to a de-synchronisation of some forum permissions for some groups.

I've updated this now and all logged in members can vote in all polls. I also removed the Delete Post permission for the time being; I've noticed a few threads recently which made no sense and were eventually updated to reflect that the OP had removed a post. You can still edit so if you accidentally declare your undying love for Jodo whilst in vino, you can spare your blushes the next morning but your stub post will remain which will hopefully keep things logical.

I'm actually not very happy about this, and I think we should have a vote about it.

I changed my mind since posting this, so I've deleted it.
