In JT's opinion if you agree to buy
something you are getting what
you have seen (he will send jpegs or you can visit). If it breaks 2 days
after you get it then unless
you agreed a warrentee with him (he might want more money) its not his fault
and he doesn't have to
do anything.

I personally have bno axe to grind but.....
I'm afraid if he's a registered business then he has to abide by the sale of
goods act 1979 - unless he stipulates sold as seen then he is legally bound
to provide a refund, or he may offer you an exchange but you are not obliged
to accept one.
