Re: [ukvac] Tech : Hantarex MTC 9000 20"
I'm having trouble with the V.hold on a Hantarex MTC 9000 (in a Jammatized
Sega Megatech - btw it already converted when I was given it!)
The adjustment pot was all over the place so I replaced it with a 4K7 preset
and it is now easier to adjust - the problem is that after after adjusting
it perfectly, when turning the machine off and on again the screen rolls
down slowly for a few seconds before holding at a random point - normally
way off and in need of adjusting again! Is there anything I can do to help
this or am I stuck with adjusting the picture every time I turn the machine
on? Would fitting a cap kit possibly help this or is it more likely just a
problem with the small adjustment module only?
One thing I have noticed is the speed that the screen scrolls down at the
beginning is different for some boards (faster on SFII then Dynablaster for
example!
If anyone could give any advice I would be extremely grateful as I'm
stumped!
Cheers
