Hi all. I’m putting a gaming event on local to me in Clowne, which is near Chesterfield.
Did one last year but for just 1 day and it was ok, but sod moving all that gear around for 1 day. It’s Saturday 28th March 12am - 11pm and Sunday 29th March 10am - 6pm.
It’s not a massive venue, so it ain’t gonna be no play expo, but good enough for what will be there which will be around 25-30 cabs, dance machine, loads of consoles with crt’s etc.
The bar will be open and the prices are very reasonable as it’s a social club venue. I’m sure it’s about £2.50 a pint for Guinness!! So that gives you an idea. Food will be on sale too, burgers, hot dogs and will be cheap enough.
It would be good....and I know this is a BIG ask, but if any fellow vac’ers in the area have the odd pin or two they could bring, let me know prices for hire etc and I’ll have a look.
