Hope it is OK to mention this here, but I am helping run a event called RetroMission in Oxford at The Folly Bridge Inn Pub - Where RetroVision was formally held. It will mostly be consoles and computers, but I hope to take along 3 bartops, coinops 5 on a XBox with modded X-Arcade controller and perhaps a Mame PC with Trackball. Space is a bit limited in the function room as it is being held in a Pub. There will also be a Curry Night (Prob on Friday Night) and the pub will have Sunday Roast Lunches.

UPDATED INFO:

From the team that brought you RV2012 comes.... RetroMission 2013.

-Some
people will be setting up Thursday Afternoon. If you are local then you
are welcome to join us to help plug a few cables in, and I expect we
will go out for a Pizza or something in the evening.

-The pub will open sometime between 11AM and 12PM on each day and close between Midnight and 1AM.
-There will be a Trip to a local Curry House on Friday Night at 8:30PM and Rock Band for those who decide to stay at the pub.

-Five gaming competitions on the Saturday.
-Saturday is also Cosplay Day and we will have a Cosplay Parade in the afternoon with a trophy going to best Cosplay'er.
-Amy will be doing a Charity Auction on Saturday and is looking for Auction items. Please contact her if you have any.
-Rock Band from around 9PM on Saturday Night.

-Sunday will be chillout gaming day - expect some Sunday Mashed and Warlords.
-The pub will also be serving Sunday Roasts on Sunday.
-The Retro Asylum podcast will be making a Podcast at the event on Sunday.

-You
pay what its worth! We need some funds to cover costs and expenses
including venue hire. As we don't really know who is and is not going,
trying to get Vintage Mat to sell people tickets would be an almost
impossible task and make his weekend less fun, so we are asking people
coming along to pay what they think it is worth (recommended donation is
£10).

If you are staying down and can't stay with friends
locally, remember to book your room early at the White House View Guest
house (which many will be staying at and normally gets fully booked
quite quickly!), which is right opposite the pub, and has the cheapest
rooms of all the B&Bs in the area: http://www.whitehouseviewguesthouse.co.uk/ There is also a campsite nearby which some people are staying at.

Thank you everyone and Colin :) Sorry for not posting sooner, but I frequent quite a few forums (forgot to tick the notify me of replies button) and am currently preparing for NERG where I am providing all 60 of the Retro Computers/Consoles, and VCF the following week where I am taking about 46 systems.

RetroMission is a little different to other events, in that it is not advertise or promoted to the public - It is really just promoted to relevant forums and word of mouth at other events. Most people who go to one show will go to the next one, but the show is not attended or run by one main forum of people, but a mixture of people from all different forums, a few regular event goers, and a few Oxford locals who go to every show.... and Bane (AKA King Hippo) from Scotland. Its a good venue and the main pub is kept free of retro systems, meaning you can go downstairs and have a break from the gaming for a bit. Its also about a 5 min walk from the City Centre, and about a mile from a camp site where quite a few people seem to be camping this year to save accommodation money to spend on beer!
