Hi everyone, looking for some help with a Robocop board that I’ve got off a friend recently. It’s been poorly stored and had minor rust/tarnishing on the chips. It powers up but the picture flashes on and off when testing with my supergun. I’m not the most technical minded but would like to learn. Thanks.
