Not strictly video game related but since there's not much info I thought I would post this ongoing fix.
Cleaned and adjusted all the relays so the contacts were operating correctly. This appeared to get the machine functioning. I only have one coin (10 pfennig coin that was stuck in the mechanism) but it's enough to test.
All the small bulbs are missing and they appear to be a strange torpedo type so will have to look for that and the main florescent light is also missing but the hold bulb is present and intact.
One connector was damaged.

But the pitch is the same as arcade PCB edge connectors so cut an old one down and replaced it.

Connected back in place.

After it was working for a while it stopped and started blowing fuses in the plug. Found out the unit that suppresses interference had shorted. Apparently this is a common issue but It's not really needed so I removed and bypassed it.

Got it to do a few spins for a video but for some reason it kept on playing without needing coins adding-maybe the coin was stuck in the wrong position as it seems to be ok now.
Need more coins and the bulbs replacing but apart from one issue it appears to be working and paying out as it should.
The main issue is sometimes the reels and the gears spin slower. It's intermittent so I don't yet know if it's a mechanical or relay issue. Once I have more coins I can test it properly and see how it goes.
Just managed to get the manual off a German site and of course it's all in German but google translate should help. I'll see if it contains any info that can help me.
