Silverline multi game cab issue

Hi can anyone help with an issue I’ve got with my silverline multi game video cab. There is power to what looks like a power bank but the screen doesn’t come on it looks like it’s shorting out on a circuit board near a red wire circled in the picture any advice would be appreciated thanks

sounds like flyback is arcing, need to replace flyback
