Hi,
I've been sorting through my consoles and games and looking at downsizing some of my collection.
Anyway, I got my Spectrum out from storage and sorting through my tape collection. When checking something online, I came across the PlayZX app. I downloaded it and gave it a go and to my surprise it worked! I was always concerned about the deterioration of tapes and this app seems a great way to preserve your tapes but still able to play the games on original hardware. Has anyone else used it?
On another note, when getting my Spectrum out of storage I noticed that the keyboard was not working. Upon inspection I discovered that the ribbon attaching the keyboard to the board had split so I found a newly designed replacement membrane off a website called dataserve, it only cost £11.40 delivered and it works perfectly!
Thanks
