Hi all, as a stroke survivor, I’ve had to change the way interface/play arcade games and pinball.

I’ve started a discussion group on Facebook for anybody likewise affected.

Stroke affected gaming, within groups, just search for it.

I've got arthritis in my right hand and fingers and can't play the games I love without severe discomfort.

Sorry to hear about your issues

I only play on my cabs, but using my right hand to bash buttons a la R-Type just isn't on anymore, which is a shame as I just bought a genuine Irem R-type PCB a couple of weeks ago.

I now use my left hand for using mice on my PC as RTS games from the past with all their clicking buggered it up even further. I think I was trying to find a pedal controller so I didn't have to click so much, but couldn't be bothered in the end.

I'll see if anything evil controllers can help, so thanks for the heads up.

Sorry to hear about both of these. I have worked with computers for 20+ years and must admit an ergonomic mouse has made a lot more difference than an ergonomic keyboard.

I use both now, although keyboard takes a lot loger to get used to.
