Taito Space Invaders Coin Door

I'm restoring a Taito Space Invaders at the moment and I'm not sure what to do with the coin door. It's rusted as you can see in the picture. It like to respray it but ideally I'd like to keep the colour as close to the original as possible. Has anyone done this before and if so could you let me know what colour to use?

Powder coaters can do a lot but I think I asked them about this before and they wern't sure

It's like a hammerite finish but smooth, just need a paint or powder coat that can give the same look, would do a bit of googling on finishes, obviously someone can as it was done new
