[ukvac] TECH: Outrun Sound and Memory Problems
Hi ....
I'm trying to get my outrun funning 100% and could use some input from
anyone who's fixed these ...
I have two faulty top boards ...
One has no music, just the sound effects and percussion.
The other wont play just a blank screen but test mode works and reports IC
73 error. IC 73 is not the problem.
