So Q*Bert - only THE BEST BLOODY GAME EVER! My score so far is 55530, round 3_4. I know I can beat that. I haven't been this into a game since Call Of Duty Nazi Zombies on the PS3 (boo!). Been playing it for 2 hours a day this week lol. I swear I finished level 3_4, but the level just didn't end. Is that a bug or am I going mad?

Now back at work, catching up on all the podcasts, I've missed. Past couple of days its felt like Vic and Alex are on my commute with me all the way there and back, haha. Good show this one, was a long one for sure, but its not like Vic can pack in his America tour in a few mins. You certainly get the feel of USA from your descriptions. Great stuff. Never played DK3, so can't really comment on that.

Mine & Alex's version of mame has hardly any sound in it. Has a later version than .144 got sound improvements?

I think I'm on .152 on Mame and noticed the missing sounds. You need to add the Qbert samples zip file into the samples directory in Mame to get the extra sounds. I'm sure this would work for .144?
