I think i speak for all when i say what a great day Saturday was and so i would like to say a big thanks to Greg & Fiona for there superb hospitality of letting a bunch of geeky nutters like us into there home... thanks as well to liz (it was liz i hope?) for her efforts working the BBQ... As far as i know no one was ill! and to everyone else that mad it (yes including you Tim)... allways good to see new and old faces. So hoping everyone made it home easier than they got there and look forward to the next time when and where the next meet will be (BTW thats excludes lame tech meets!!) I just got name checked by D! That's another item off my list.:) > So hoping everyone made it home easier than they got there and > look forward to the next time when and where the next meet will be (BTW > thats excludes lame tech meets!!) Not having been murdered at the meet I'm much more inclined to turn up to a "proper" ukvac meet now. And it was very nice to meet a lot of you that I'd heard of but never met. trmatthe ps I'm hearing that my score of 120K of SW is some kind of record? Everybody seems to smile when I tell them anyway. ------------------------------------ Yahoo! If anyone fancies going karting at a place where the only rules are try not to kill yourself or anyone else, and these are loosely enforced, I know just the place. *hobbles off* ------------------------------------ Yahoo! Yes, indeed, I second that emotion; thanks Greg! it was real winner apart from my inability to get anywhere near the high scores and the scary yardies hanging around outside McDonalds on the way back. It also inspired me to watch 'The King of Kong' so at least I now know why people want to visit funspot, on the other hand there were some *scary* people in that movie (some of whom I think I saw at that pinball show in Croydon) :-| As for Karting, sounds good to me....
