That blooming hcaptcha ice cream sign in human thing on eBay

Anyone getting this? I've got a personal and business eBay account open on different browsers and virtually every other time I want to do something I get the hcaptcha 'pick something sweet' picture puzzle/prove I'm a human thing sign in yet again - driving me nuts!

Are you using a VPN? I've got NordVPN and get all kinds of oddness like this with some sites. Some things just won't work with VPN on. NordVPN causes complete havoc on my phone, so I just had to disable it completely. My subscription is due for renewal but I don't think I'll bother as it's just been a complete PITA to use, frankly.
