Did you know that there is more to the "cheat" than just dying without getting hit?
The longer you survive without getting hit, the further into the game you start when you finally do get shot - and you get the roughly the equivalent number of points allocated that you would have earned if you had played the game from the start.
The first landmark to get to, is the lake type object about 30 seconds into the game. Not too easy when all you can do is dodge bullets....
