Time Crisis 2 texture glitches

Wondering if there's anyone out there who might be able to service a Time Crisis 2 board?

On start up, graphics are normal but after about 5-10mins of warming up certain textures on characters and the game selection screen are rough

Game is still playable but would love some advice on a potential fix please.

Yeah it does have the test on boot, but doesn't flag the issue with anything. Strange
