Toshiba PF (New Net City) max resolution?

I've read that the monitor is capable of 800 x 600. Is that true? If so, it would be perfect for a fightcade Groovy PC that I'm making, as reading chat/UI before switching to 15KHz for games is what I'm aiming for.

I seem to recall the max I got out of mine was something x1024 interlaced but the flicker was awful. x960 interlaced was more bearable.

It wouldn't do x600 progressive - x512 was it.
