Just brought a vectrex which looks in good condition, problem is it won't turn on.
I have checked the inner fuse and its fine, also I have checked the voltage by the fuse, and it seems to be getting voltage to the fuse board.
The heat sink on the power board is cold and the CRT monitor is not lit up and no sound (Basically it seems dead)
Do you think it's the caps (They look alright though)
