It's very similar to the original version (see attached pic) but the front panel is quite different. Anyway I used the US control panel so I have the "insert coin" close to the START1 and START2 buttons.

THen the original version has "SEGA" on the side arts, mine has "F.lli Bertolino licensed by SEGA" on the right of the marquee.

I could find 2 of these cabs and both had the original pcb with "SAFARI" sound board. I don't know why.

I just updated the DRIBBLING picture.

Now it is in "up right" configuration.

You can remove both seats and lengthen the legs

Anyway I consider it a cocktail table
