Wales Meet 1.0 ish

Right I have now finished eveything I am going to do to the house for a while. All arcade machines are in their place in the games room ( just a few things to do to them!), so lets see if/when people can make a meet as I am totally flexible about it.

Machines that will be there.

1. Roadshow and Twilight Zone Pinballs

2. Taito Space Invader upright with 8 game multigame

3. Virtua Racing Upright.

4. Atari system 1 cab with 5 games ( marble madness, indy jones, roadblasters, road runner and Peter packrat , though I don't have a control panel for packrat)

5. Midway Galxian upright with mike coates 16 game multigame

6. Midway pacman upright with Madpac 96 in 1

7. Dunk shot cocktail thingy with Tehkan world cup

8 Asteroids upright with asteroids and asteroids deluxe boards

9. Joust fitted with clay's multiwilliams kit

10. Gorf Midi

11 Battlezone upright

12 Mortal Kombat II for running jamma boards and mame.

Consoles.

XBOX 360 linked to 42 inch plasma

gamecube

PS2

dreamcast

wifi access to 3 pc's or bring your own laptop

The meet is in South Wales just by Abergavenny...house is on its own so noise you make is not a problem...nearest building is a pub about 75 metres away at the bottom of the drive!!!! plenty of space/bedrooms to crash etc

Will be looking to do a whole weekend and could organise some activities in Brecon Becons etc walking/climbing/fishing if there is a demand or just lots of beers etc.

Plenty of space for anyone who wants to do techy things/repairs/demonstrations etc

So is a summer meet what people want, can you email me/reply to let me know if you are avaialble and if you are interested and I will try and arrange it so the majority can attend

ell, I'm interested but I would guess you really need to narrow it down
to 3 or 4 weekends and let people choose from them. might me easier than
having a total open diary, as it will take you ages to correlate all the
replies!

Archer does a very good peter packrat CPO if you want to complete your
system 1 collection by the way

Right people have asked for a date so how about the weekend of the 7th/9th July....what is peoples availability like.

Additional events that may be added include techy things like board repair demonstartion etc and plugging a ZVG mulitgame into my asteroids!!!!! ( Though I will keep the person who has mentioned this anonymous, he will bloody well repair my asteroids cab if he blows it up!!!)
