Just had exactly this recently… I thought it smelt fishy so decided not to reply or pay for anything.
Didn’t want to knock anyone on here incase it was genuine

same here over the Sega system board i was after , luckily i wasn't to sure so i didn't bother with him in the end , but i also thought it was genuine and didnt wanna knock any1

Thing is they can just open a new vpn and register again. Would it be better to say people could not PM until they have say 200 points ?? Wont stop it but would help i suppose.
