I looked at a 6100 deflection board that gave this image in my Space Duel:
Turning up the grid voltage showed that the deflection was actually working, just the beams being blanked out.
So X blanking circuit was faulty. I found capacitor C803 had a bad solder joint.
Reflowed joint and all working again now.
