What VPN?

From doing a bit of reading up, seems free VPNs all have a downside (slow, dodgy security etc.). So, looking for a good, cheap VPN service to subscribe to. Any recommendations?

I use Tunnelbear but the free version has a 500mb limit, but i only use it occassionally.
Cyber ghost gets a lot of positive reviews.

its about £5 a month or £30 a year .... mix that with a bit of tor browser and no one knows where your coming from.... I find it fun when all the torrent sites try to tell me where i'm from
