What with Italy Postage

Hey guys im curious

whats with posting things to Italy

6 months ago I posted a PCB tracked and it never arrived

3 weeks ago I posted some more stuff to some one else tracked and its officially lost according to the courier

and I also see on ebay that many seller wont send to Italy as well as Africa

what is it with Italy im really curious

I sent a package to Italy a few months ago and it arrived within 5 days. No problem.
