Hi, I'm having a guy that is asking me for the same item to buy second time with no further actions, he stays completely silent after the question can he have it. I start having concerns from acting like this and think to not to deal with him finally . What would you do?

I would politely say/reply back to him and say you have decided not to sell at this time and suggest he look elsewhere.
No need to get into any involved conversation, just politely say you can’t help him any further.

Politeness is my nature, until you step on my foot XD

in my 25 years of buying and selling on ebay, i think i may just be super lucky, out of the hundreds of transactions i think only about 2 i have had an issue with, one of them was a guy that sent me something and it arrived in bits, and i cant even remember the other one, so i may be making it up

I had a few weird ones ..
Sold a ps1 to Texas with 50 games ..

Guy sent the ps1 back no games and got a full refund even though I reported it to eBay. The eBay bots just could not compute.

I had a pair of speakers returned to me smashed as the buyers courier dropped them .

Buyer got a full refund I got smashed speakers ..

I think you get the Genaral drift of which direction / protection that it flows ..
