Small time trivia, but the reason you see "blood type" in game character profiles is because the Japanese have a whole thing for it. Always thought it was a fairly random thing but you'd see it over and over.

There's definitely some characters from shoot em ups too that have them listed, just can't remember, Darius series? Few other examples below
