Williams sound board amp issue ?

My TDA2002 broke, so I replaced it with a TDA2003, but there's no sound.

I can hear a hum when I touch the ground pin with my finger, but when I touch pin 1 during a game, I can hear the correct in-game sounds, so there is sound.

I bought the TDA from Aliexpress, so is this a common symptom of counterfeit products?

I have replaced the following capacitors around the amplifier.

C11
C12
C13
C14
C15
C35

I just had the temperature wrong when soldering the amplifier.

I was soldering at 340°C when I should have soldered at 260°C...
