Got a wrestlefest PCB with bad colours - graphics were mis-coloured or solid blocks of colour (see the ropes bottom of screen), and the whole screen had a blue tint;
Porchy kindly supplied a diagnostic ROM that he and Pantman worked on. I believe this will be uploaded to www.jammarcade.net (it was previously an uncompiled ASM file). This flagged bad palette RAM. I found out from another repair log here that the palette RAMs were 2 2018 equivalents at IC 54 and 55. Piggybacking the RAMs changed the palette and eliminated the blue hue. I snipped out the RAM and replaced them, and the board now works;
