2002 Golf TDI (got it for a grand 10 years ago - disposable car I never disposed of, 'cos I keep fixing it)
1997 180SX (weekend toy)
1993 MX-5 (never moved since I acquired it a decade ago.

Got way too much projector/RPTV stuff too, but that's part of the arcade hobby.
It's the cheapest Motoring you can get if you don't pay much for cars and you can repair yourself, was surprised to find I've had my mk3 CRX 10 years in November, done bit of welding, tyres, brake pads and discs because brakes always in poor condition when I buy a car, resolder dry joints in Fuel Replay and normal oil, filter, plugs, dizzy and that all i done in 7 years. now worth 4x what I paid and only just had to replace Clutch as I destroyed the damper springs

Nice choices, 180SX look great, MX-5 can't go wrong, I thought my Mk1 CRX not moved for 5 years was bad lol, rusted fuel pipe and took 5 years to get original but it's running now

Loving some of the stuff people collect, never met anyone that collected torches before. We just have shit load of cheap broken ones !
Happy memories of by Raleigh Burner and YZ80 !

I know a few people collect posters I picked this up for £20 while in Droitwhich in half term. It's a funny size, maybe they used it in the foyer or something ? Yes it needs a new frame but might be a custom one due to size ! I used to have hundred of VHS posters as shop man gave them to my dad ! Even had some plastic ones like Red Sonya !

I think it's original as seems to have like brown stains round all the sides of the poster, I knew this when I bought it !

Assume dirt or tobacco ?

I have a original Josey Whale poster hanging up in garage, so will be quite a difference !

Not sure if anyone likes warhammer as whacked some citadel figures on ebay, I am not into that at all !

Oldish home computers thats I've owned since 1980....
Well done for keeping on to them for 40+ years! I’ve sadly sold, re-bought and re-sold so much gaming stuff over the years. Difficult to balance collecting with hoarding, but if it hadn’t been for lack of cash/space I might have done a better job at keeping hold of my stuff.

My dad bought the ZX80 in kit form which we built together when I was 10. Must admit that I occasionally take the ZX80 out of the display case and thank that little bit of white flimsy plastic for being the spark that got me the opportunity to work in IT all my working life, and see a good part of the world.

At the bottom of the same glass cabinet, I got 4 small pots of Airfix paint which I used to paint models with.

I know, I know, that IS a step to far 😄

I’ve been collecting ex-rental VHS tapes for the last few years. I’m trying to not let it go too out of hand.

Its nice to be in a hobby that I don’t have to spend a fortune to collect for.
Do you need any spare parts my dad is retired now and not likley to use them .

I am an addict hoarder and think I mentioned one or two of our collected hoards on other topics in the past but here’s a few with pics

My 5 nephews who like me tackle some impossible tasks I have their photos with my fancy woman ‘Penelope’ and my personal engineer friend ‘Brains’ ( I wish on both the latter 2)

I have a few Gerry Anderson artefacts and made the coin op puppet show in 1991 just home for restring and repaint just now! The kiddie ride timer that controls the puppet motor also plays the ‘thunderbirds’ theme tune with some genuine puppet voice overs on the sound chip. ……

Then to follow one of those pictures anything colourful gets house space here and aside from the accidental hoarding of thousands of jukebox records pusher prize key rings and claw crane soft toys of which my wife keeps a sample of most things we have had over 4 decades …….. and the odd jukebox and framed pinball glass, an unavoidable by product …….

I have about 200 articulated lorry models in 1:64 corgi superhauler …. Prompted slightly by our own business being reproduced on one unique 1 off code 3 model…… and numerous matchbox scale trucks too in various advertising livery…again including some personal ones.

They are in alcoves and over pelmets in the lounge and some don’t get displayed due to lack of space … the wife has her things too .. olde world days gone cars / vans , dolls , thimbles and we have probably saved hundreds of foreign coins and notes which have passed over arcade slots and change desks since the mid 1970s … we used to give a tub of 2pennies for any world note some are massive number of currency but 200 Egypt pounds note is only about 3 quid in reality for example?

Once you get started where do you stop?

However, the other collections I have are: Neo Geo AES collection, original anime cells form Akira, alot of anime on dvd, my late father's film poster collection and model railway, die-cast and preproduction artwork and models from when I worked for a model railway company.

Sorry to hear about your father but nice to see something like that passed down, I used to have a nice video poster collection but overtime it all ruined , as I moved properties ! . I am currently clearing my Grandads stuff out who was a carpenter by trade and that all passed to my dad. We have so much stuff to clear we have to be quite brutal. But some of the carpentary books pre the internet are so detailed we will eventually get them in his cottage on some shelves .

He was into radios too so I took this one which hoping to pass on to free to someone local in an uk vintage radio forum who may make use of it even for spares. I dont want some one bluetoothing it.
