Not arcade related but this lot arrived today after about 4 months from Japan. £72 for this lot then another £60 for shipping and customs. I still think it’s a good deal as it came with about 15 games as well as all the PC Engine hardware.

That's awesome. I've been toying with the idea of the PC engine for ages - such a great machine. You can't collect everything though

nice haul and price what proxy service did you use, if any?
I know there are so many variations of the PC Engine. Almost impossible to collect for. I just wanted a fully populated Interface Unit to play games on and add to my console tower. Just got lucky with that listing in that it had a load of stuff with it. I should have said that some of the hardware was listed as “junk” but I’ve had that before from Japan and they’ve all been relatively easy fixes. In fact I got a PC Engine on its own a few months ago that was junk and it was just a fuse that was blown. Added some LEDs to it to indicate that it was switched on (there is no power LED on the standard PC Engine) and it’s working well.That's awesome. Yeah that's cool. As soon as I started looking at the hardware it quickly escalated to getting a turbo duo for like £300.
Perhaps just the original console, cd rom rom and interface unit would be good enough. It's a black hole though!
Yeah a fully populated Interface Unit is the funkiest setup. You can carry it around the house like a briefcase if you want as well 😅. You’ll need one of these though as a Turbo Duo already has the extra memory for all the CD based games but a standard PC Engine doesn’t:
