still no idea, is it a meeting or an 'event'... I'll punt for an event as that allows more bizarre stuff to be included, such as a bird connection? Who knows, I'll plump for a Williams Predators as a guess.
Maybe he's invented a space-creating device (which is of course what we all want). However, he has told his son not to make too much extra space with it for fear that when the new space approaches the sun the extra space might melt-away !?
