I was looking at retiring to be honest, i'm sick of working, just hate it. Need to look at all the pension stuff, don't know where I am with it as ive been doing same job for 25 years but worked at about 6 different companies lol, I have savings that could see me through at least 5 years if I don't sell anything and I've got a house full of stuff I need to sell so that could easily last me 10 years I'd say, another years worth in latest pension so 11 and thats without looking at the other pensions I assume got frozen
got 1 more year if I can take pensions at 55 just before they change it to 57 so I'm certainly looking at that by next year max. now if I had just put a load of money in gold when the guy at the cob van was telling me to buy it in 2005 I'd be long retired, though I feel something is a bit odd about how much gold and silver has been promoted since 2008, how long are people going to keep it? what happens if that crashes, they tell you its always keeps it's value but what happens in a war, will they take it from you like previous times, so many questions really
