Anyone know much about retropie? Having some issues

I’ve downloaded a RetroPie image and I’m using it on a Chinese joyro arcade machine with a crt but I am getting theses strange bars either side of the screen that covers gameplay. Any ideas how to sort this?

Ignore the diagonal bars that’s the camera when taking a pic of the crt

Never mind sorted it. It was an overlay causing the issues
