Hello mates,

Back on the road again during this summer a few times... but this history belongs to the past winter I finished the english subtitles last night on the video.

I saw for sale one of the most amazing bikes arcade related...it was the Limited Edition Hang On.

I contacted Jean Christophe j_c_p on the jamma+ forum back last november to see if I can purchase this great machine... we whas negotiating a deal very close around 50€ on the diference...Then I say ok of that I will pay if that is the problem...

Next message from him whas...I´m sorry, but the LE Hang On is sold to another collector...

All the best,

Jean-Christophe.

I was shattered several days :D

.

.

.

Then 12 days after I received another message from Jean-Christophe...

Hello Jose,

Maybe you´re lucky in fact as the other collector seems not very serious...finally the LE Hang On is for you definitive...

I was in a doubt to say well after all this bad days I had now I don´t want it...but the desire whas more powerfull!

Apart from the LE Hang On we purchased Galaxian, Missile Command and Breakout cocktail as well to fill the van.

Finally all whas a great happy end here we show you the history of the road trip with the 3 arcade amigos.

Thanks Ricardo and Javi best road trip companions and j_c_p for all the patience waiting us also my friend Pedro to make this cool video.

Now the machine is next to OutRun DLX and everyone is enjoying in our arcade association.

Galaxian, Missile Command and BreakOut will be restored soon by Ricardo "Ricky2001" here on the forum.

Here the video from the 4.000km road trip, I hope you like, please select english subs.

Thanks for sharing this and for putting english captions on it. Looks like you had a great time collecting the machines! That Limited Edition Hang-On looks awesome!! Really appreciate the amount of effort it must've taken to organise and carry out that rescue operation. It's great that they're now in a venue people can get to and experience them.

Keep up the good work!

Is that the one that was in one of Darth Nunos road trips on the DLF forum?

I think it was either the Buggy Boy or Discs of Tron he picked up.

EDIT: I think it is, looks to have the same machines around it. Link

Haven't seen a LE Hang On in ages. Is there still one at Leisure Land in Talacre, Wales? Last I heard they still had one as well as Outrunners and Operation Thunderbolt but that was 2014.

Thats good for u to preserve such cab. Just one thing makes'me "sad" he could try to sold it on french boards but he never does. Passion or money call that as you want...

But its an amazing roadtrip and this is all i'll keep in mind. :)

What a stunning Super Hang On LE.

I bought the Super Monaco from J_C_P.

A great guy to deal with and I believe Seanr28 got his Powerdrift.

Great to see it next to a Outrun DLX.

Great Road Trip, Great Cabinets.
