How was the environment - dry? humid? cold? hot?

I can see the upper floor is below the roof and probably not isolated for heat and cold.

Now the fun starts...test, find out what you have in hands, investigate, repair...NICE!

More I watch the video, more I just think wow, such a crazy amount of stuff, is the Operator still operating?, it (the rooms)look pretty clean as if still in use, or is it a case, he just stuck the stuff in these places and locked the door and moved on. Can't be cheap keep places of that size running rent wise.
