Any guidance on repairing a crack clean through a PCB?

It’s one of the cursed 17 inch NoS monitors that didn’t survive the journey.

It it just a case of fixing jumper cables to bridge all affected traces?

This is how I would fix it (random picture from google). Scrape back the solder mask each side, put down a capacitor leg long enough to go each side or some stripped wire works too, the thicker the better and flood it with solder.

That's not a crack that's a scratch!

Firstly, have a look at the top of the board and check the parts on the other side; these will have been the subject of a unsecured monitor moving at high speed causing a twist that cracked the board. I would then unsolder that component (taking a photo for orientation) and then epoxy the board along the top surface cracks to get some physical integrity back. Then resolder and bridge the gaps using stripped solid core wire or spare legs from resistor choppings. Looks very repairable.

PS
Check the rest of the board VERY carefully for other hairline fractures that will ruin your day later if they are present.

You can also consider removing the solder mask along the crack and solder a piece of desoldering braid over it (along the crack). This will not only connect the two pieces, this will bring you a little bit of mechanical stability back, too.
