Sorted my loft out this weekend and took a pic... only a JAMMA cab and a supergun rigged up to a tele so granted it's not much of an arcade but I'm happy with it. Plenty of space for a second Electrocoin midi there so can have one vertical and one horizontal. Had to take out a lot of my shelving so got lots of games to sell now!

Yup, 4 Vectrexes in there so far... all the games are downstairs.

It's stairs into the loft so not so hard... it's a 3 storey house though and the loft is between the 1st and 2nd floors... Kudos mostly goes to Martin Deliveryman's two guys who I helped get it up there!

Anyone spot the main character from Space Harrier?

Yeah, I have the big box version... this is a slightly out of date pic of my Vectrex collection... since this I got a boxed Polar Rescue to complete all the original games and a bunch of other homebrews.

Nice setup there, i'd like a vectex one day.

Ouch, 6 flights! The only hard bit in my place is the top of the first flight you have to turn right to get to the landing and the steps angle around like a spiral staircase so there's about 2" on each you can actually rest the cab as you hop it up!

i feel 'naked' for only owning one vectrex now (im currently on the lookout for another)

(well, for troubleshooting etc really.. i figure if u have a vectrex which becomes faulty, a second one is going to come in pretty darn useful for troubleshooting)

I guess if I added it all up it'd be a reasonable amount over the years but I got my first Vectrex in 1998 with all the UK released games CIB, the boxed lightpen and the two other lightpen games (the guy had been really into the Vectrex and had all this from new including having imported the lightpen and games)... I just put an ad in the local free ads paper and got that lot for £120.

Since then I've bought all the home-brews on release so not paid crazy money for any of those... I think Polar Rescue was my expensive purchase as that was something like £140!

The opposite shelf with my Game & Watch collection is the one that's really cost me even though I started collecting them in 1997!

I think I've just come

Mate your Game and watch collection is beautiful.
I used to have a lovely collection like your self, had 48 out of the 60 boxed mint at one stage, some rarities too like egg and juggler.
I really like your set up its got a nice mix of arcade and console games.
Very cool thanks for sharing.
