french guy with maygay mv1 problem

Welcome, what's the problem you are experiencing?
I am working on a MV1 board also. Couldn't find diagrams only similar ones from other boards...

Is this on a fruit machine or quiz/video game?
The older toroidal power supplies on Maygay are quite notorious for +12v failure . Look over the psu - the heavy wiring on the loom may have been overheating at the psu pins …
Any burn discolouration may indicate poor connectivity of molex plug to psu pins , this in turn may result in dry joint soldering around output pins which might need re-flowing… in addition the voltage regulator transistor on the psu board may have failed (it gets hot / screwed to a heat sink on corner of the psu board, ) , or the fuse/fuse holder on the 12v line may be melted giving poor fuse contact? … the other areas sometimes affected is the power loom plug on to the M1 and the plugs supplying reel drive also burn hot and a pin reflow may be needed. Without 12v the board will not boot up as one of the first operations it does at start up is a meter check (12v) : activates the power supply , poor 12v is also indicated if the machine cuts out and resets frequently when in use .
More commonly seen on reel based machines but on screenplay models the psu shows similar behaviour.
A couple of clear close up pictures may help overcome FrenchEnglish tech language issues?
