Groovy mame settings

I am now running groovymame on my Naomi cab (with a sanwa 29e31s 31khz monitor)

I am using SCANLINES and the horizontal ganmes look great, however the vertical games have a sort of 'jagged' pattern of dark lines on the screen?

Also, most (if not all) the vertical games are positioned about 1.5" to the left of the screen, whereas the horizontal games are nearly all centralised on the screen.

Any ideas how I can shove the vert games over and get scanlines looking right?

Can you post a screenie of the 'jagged' pattern you're getting?

Not sure about the centring issue, TBH - I don't have any experience of using GroovyMAME on a 31Khz monitor. As joe34 says, ask on the GM forums and I'm sure Calamity will be able to tell you what's going on. The BYOAC forum access seems very flaky at the moment, though.
