Hantarex Polo 2 monitor No Blue

Hello! I have a 28" Hantarex Polo 2 that doesn't often display blue. A while back I wiggled the green plastic video connector and it then displayed all colours correctly. Today I got it to display all colours by wiggling the blue wire that is soldered to the top of the yoke. After that I had to wiggle the remote control board with the v shift pot to get it to display.

When it does display correctly, if I then turn it off and then back on it reverts back to no blue.

But now no amount of wiggling seems to get it to show blue, only red and green.

Any suggestions?

you have a bad solder joint somewhere, could be crt socket

Seems to be the ribbon cable fom the chassis to the neck board where it connects to the chassis just behind the remote board. If I pull it taut near there blue appears.

Need to see if that thing's soldered or socketed. Surely it's socketed but I'm not pulling it until I'm certain 😅

Gave the solder joints of the cable on the underside of the chassis a little heat with the iron and desoldering gun and all appears fixed, I now can't make the blue disappear 😃

Put it back in the cab, powered on and everything is super. It is fixed.
