Help choosing which game to buy

I want a Turbo cockpit, I've been chasing various leads and there are two which look like contenders. I've uploaded pictures here:

Opinions welcome! The second is slightly cheaper but gets offset with higher shipping so there's nothing to choose from on price. The second has a split along the top edge of the CP hence glue marks from duct tape, might be an easy fix and might need a new panel. The first has more paint damage (although both really aren't bad at all in that respect). Both allegedly work 100%, might be the photo colour balance but the first screen looks better to me, maybe. First has lost a needle from the guage on the left (laying in the bottom loose apparently).

Also if anyone knows of one in better condition than these, let me know. Doesn't matter where it is, those two are in the US.

What's the duct tape on the first ones bezel for? If its not holding anything nasty then I'd say the first one looks a better deal to me cos of the nicer CP and monitor.
