[ukvac] identify this board please

ive written scramble on it but im not sure that im right

also if anyone does know about this board this is, there is a cap
that has been torn off near the connector any idea what value it is?

yes that looks to me like scramble, or some derivative..

the MU-1 scramble bootleg type pcbs were used on various equivalents,
scramble, amigo, frogger etc.. chances are its as scramble thos as they are
dead common.

Well....

It says 220 on the PCB so it's probably a 16V 220uF.

Thats definitely a Scramble. Correct MU1-MU1-A board, and "SC" Roms.
You appear to be missing the 8 pin amplifier "can" and the heatsink/cover
