For me, every time I hear Kids in America by Kim Wilde, it takes me back to when I used to play Invaders Revenge in a cafe by my school called Kim's Kabin. The Tide is High by Blondie always reminds me of playing Space Invaders part 2 in the bus station cafe. Whenever I hear Eye of the Tiger by Survivor, it makes me think of a summer holiday in Great Yarmouth in 1982 where the song played constantly in every arcade, and from every car and portable radio along the sea front.

Saturday Night by Whigfield reminds me of Daytona USA

Had a holiday in Loret del Mar, where I avoided getting horribly sunburnt by playing in the arcades every day. Daytona had just come out and it was mind blowing. The aforementioned song was one of the tunes they played every f**king night, on repeat to people at the hotel disco, all smashed on unlimited Perroni (whilst stopping us kids from sleeping). Was relieved to get home in the knowledge I'd never hear it again......or so I'd thought...

"Bette Davis eyes" sung by Kim Carnes always reminds me of Pac-Man, mainly because there used to be a 7UP advert that featured them both.

This is a cool question

For me two that particularly remind me of games would be Depeche Mode Music for the Masses while playing Myst on the ZX Spectrum with my brother and the Cast album All Change while playing Doom on the Playstation

well as annoying as that song is I do remember that being hammered out relentlessly across all the fairgrounds in the area at the time and in fact it must have been one of the last years when (nominally) there were enough video games to make it worth visiting the fairground in the first place.

going back few years earlier it was ride on time/black box presumably whilst playing something like Outrun

going back even further it was some naffness like you spin me round (like a record), playing what? Who knows, Metrocross perhaps.

Of course you couldn't control the music in or around arcades and I never remember being particularly amused by any of this as if they'd piped down I might have actually been able to hear the sound effects of the f-ing game
