Don't think I've ever seen that Defender prototype before. This is hard enough without prototypes! 😆

I was getting a vector vibe for Rip Off, and have it on Vectrex. Still wouldn't have worked it out. 😆

Incredible answer no idea how you could have got that ,never saw that prototype art before .glad they didn’t use it !
Remember seeing pics of it before, with the very suspiciously looking like Tie Fighter ships. There were several other games with similar to Star Wars looking craft. Obviously this was very much the popular thing at the time.

The Defender prototype would have been very difficult if you hadn't seen it before, that's why I said I was sure it was fair to use it. I didn't expect it to be solved so quickly though. Well done @frothmeister I was expecting a lot of Star Wars type answers once the Tie Fighters were revealed.

The second I thought would have been got by now, anyway here's a bit more.

I was convinced it was vector game and that the wheel was part of a tank or tracked vehicle then just racking my brains vector for tank games. I would have kept me up all night trying to think what it was if I hadn't guessed it when I did.

It's side art and this game does have a hard drive, timer chip on the pcb and 3 optical joysticks and was not the first version in its names line so to speak.
