Hi,

I'm working on the control panel at the mo' and was looking at the cosmetic effect of the current (knackered) t-molding/vinyl:

So I was thinking about removing the metal overlay and peeling off the vinyl as it's a bit knackered. I thought about replacing that and also the t-molding as it isn't repairable. The closest match I can find for the existing is from t-molding.com who do "leather Effect" 3/4 inch. It isn't a close match by any means, but the best I can find. I can't find anywhere obvious for a sheet of vinyl for the top though (esp. as it would need to match the molding)

Does anyone have any advice on whether this is the right thing to do or whether i should just leave it? If I replace the T-molding on the control panel, it'll look a lot darker than the vinyl and might look a bit crap. If I do replace the t-molding, I'll replace everything on the cab so it's consistent.

I probably have a length of the t-molding, just enough to do the CP if you want it (measure it first), just pay the postage. If you decide then, it looks shyte, it hasn't cost you much so bin it

And try Happ for the vinyl, not sure if they sell that exact stuff but they do a few different ones iirc.
